__A Soft play is foam-padded play equipment that creates a structured, stimulating and safe interactive environment for young ages 0-6. Allows for learning, exploration and encourages social and physical development.

Each piece of equipment is carefully cleaned and sanitized before and after your event.

There is a Travel fee/Delivery on location/distance.

Yes, we are fully insured. If your venue would like proof of insurance prior to the event we will gladly provide a copy for you .

If your event is taking place outdoors, please contact us within a 72-48 hours of notice if any cancellations. To ensure the safety of the little ones, we will not set up outdoors if there is heavy rain in the forecast. Deposits are non-refundable for weather related cancellations, you may however, use your deposit as credit for a future date. this credit is valid for a full year from your event date and we will work with you to rebook !

Deposit is 25% of your total. This amount will secure your date and will also be deducted from your balance. Reminder balance is due 24 hours prior to your event date. Please keep in mind dates will not be reserved until deposit is paid.

• If you need to make any changes to signed contract, please let us know 3 days prior to event date ! we’d be happy to help you.

• We understand things happen in life. Should you need to cancel your reservation please be sure to notify us 7-14 days prior to date. You will get your 25% deposit returned or have the option to save for future date! You will not be able to get your deposit back if you canceled less than 7 days before event date.
